✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related fields
✔️ 10+ years of experience in drilling, completion, and/or stimulation operations, ideally in unconventional reservoirs
✔️ Strong knowledge of upstream safety and environmental regulations
✔️ Proven experience working with contractors and integrated service providers
✔️ Proficiency in tools such as WellView, OpenWells, Landmark, or similar platforms
✔️ Advanced English (spoken and written)
✔️ Results-oriented mindset, strong decision-making skills, and collaborative work style
Key Knowledge & Competencies

Design and execution of shale drilling and completion programs
